Topics and speakers include: “Update on Ethics: Hot Topics and Timely Tips to Avoid Problems” by Joseph A. Corsmeier; “Due Diligence in Commercial Development” by Lee Ann Tranford; “Dealing with Dirt Disputes Litigation, Construction, Environmental, and ADA Problems” by L. James Dickson; “Nationality Law Influencing Real Estate and Litigation” by Ramon Carrion; “Medical Records Review and Preparing a Case for Trial” by Jeffrey M. Goodis and Chandra L. Miller; “Landlord/Tenant Issues-Rights of the Parties” by Justin Zinzow; and “Electronic Discovery—The Internet and Computer Security” by Rick George.Seminar rates are $99 for association members and $110 for non-members, and include educational sessions, handout materials, continental breakfast, luncheon, and breaks with exhibitors.
