Alabama linebacker Joshua McMillon (knee) likely lost for season, report says

first_img Alabama loses top freshman RB Trey Sanders for season, report says The injury is the latest blow for Alabama after the team lost five-star freshman running back Trey Sanders to what is likely a season-ending foot injury in practice last week.Alabama is scheduled to open the season Aug. 31 against Duke. “Josh McMillon suffered an injury to his right knee Saturday that will require surgery and keep him out an indefinite period,” Saban said in a statement (via the Tuscaloosa News). “We have a great medical staff here, and he will have the full support of everyone in the organization as he goes through the rehab process.
